Ok, mom and I need to actually talk to one another more often. Seems we just are not communicating like we should be. In regards to the shop, to orders, to whatever.
Take, for example, Fiber Trends patterns. We were in desperate need of a new order, I agree. But when the order arrived today, and I opened the box (which, in itself, is the cause of much distress to my mother, as she wants to be the one to open all the boxes, but I digress...) I found out that mom has ordered every pattern Fiber Trends makes.
And folks, that's a whole load of patterns!

COMMENT-BODY:Well, *Sniff*, I AM, afterall, the MOther OF Ewe.... AND I am the mother of YOU! So, I should have the joy of opening the arriving boxes, ignoring for just a few seconds that ugly piece of paper named "Invoice". *sigh* Yes, dear knitters, I wish I could get them all for free and just give them away free. Wouldn't that be fun?
In the REAL world, not the world according the Mother of Ewe ( a much nicer world, I might add), I have to pay for the darn stuff. However, that didn't stop me from being momentarily completely & utterly captivated by all the new patterns and I just couldn't help it, I just ordered them all. My fingers were sore, but as I sit with all those glorious patterns around me, dreaming of all the different yarns to try on each, it really doesn't matter what the cost amounts to. What matters is that I am on a mission to collect ALL the patterns for the shop. I'm starting with Fiber Trends. Please tell us your favorite lines of patterns so I can order them all.
I sadly admit it. I am a patternaholic. I am in the throes of obsession and frankly, I don't want to leave. It's nice in my little obsessede world of knitting & patterns & dreaming. (OK OK so I REALLY don't knit that much, I just like to get the patterns and buy the yarn & think about it......)
Anyway, stop in at the shop and see all the new Fiber Trends patterns...
