Each month, you will see surprises appear in the buckets in the shop. These buckets belong to the Knitty Purl Girls, and on the first of the month, they are rewarded for their patronage by Knitty Purl herself with yarn samples, free patterns, buttons, a newsletter… loads of little surprises. And you can join in the fun too!

In thanks for spending $100 or more at The Irish Ewe, you will become a Knitty Purl Girl without any further charge. You are also entitled to have your very own bucket. And there's no need to keep track of your total, we do it all for you! When you reach $100, we will give you a card to fill out with your name (yes, it can be a made-up name) and knitting preferences. You may also bring in yarn snippets, buttons, or beads to tie or glue onto your bucket.

Then on the first of the month, be sure to stop in to see what Knitty Purl has left you! We also run monthly sales just for Knitty Purl Girls, and we hold raffles for yarns, patterns, needles, and kits. All you have to do is show up and claim your free stuff!
