Mini Felted Bag

Measures 7.5 inches across (average) by 6.5 inches tall, just right for you wallet, cell, and camera!
150 or so yards of worsted weight yarn
Size 10.5 US, 16" circular needles
Cast on 80 stitches. place a marker, join into a circle, and knit every rounds for 1.5 inches
Make handles -
Bind off round - K 10, cast off 20, K 20, CO 20, K 10.
Cast on round - K 10, cast on 20 sts, K 20, CO 20, K to end
Knit until bag measures about 8-10 long.
Place markers -
K 6, place marker, K 28, PM, K 12, PM, K 28, PM, K 6
Row 1 - *Knit to 2 stitches before marker, k2tog, slip marker, k2tog* repeat around.
Row 2 and following even rounds - Knit around
Row 3 and following odd rounds - decrease before and after markers, until the short sides of bag have 4 stitches each.
Bind off all stitches, sew up and felt.

Hi - I made this bag last summer. When I was at my hairdresser she picked it up and said "How cute, just right for your wallet & phone" Everyone in the shop agreed!
